Sue Wharton

Sue worked for many years in the NHS as a senior nurse and Nurse Tutor. Having developed a deep interest in nutrition, she re-trained as a Nutritional Therapist, gaining a distinction at Master's level. She now co-owns Cinnamon Days- nutritional and lifestyle solutions. She has a specialist interest in helping people manage obesity and metabolic health problems through group courses and 1:1 personalised nutrition plans.

Isabel Hemmings

Isabel has previously worked in the NHS managing hospital and community services and has a deep interest in health and nutrition. She re-trained as a Nutritional Therapist and is now a co-owner of Cinnamon Days - Nutrition & Lifestyle Solutions. Her specialist interests are obesity and metabolic health, chronic fatigue syndrome and IBS.
